The group meet in the afternoon of the 4th Thursday of the month from

HOW TO READ POETRY
This new group will meet to enjoy poetry chosen by group members. We shall hopefully choose from a wide range of periods, styles and subject matter. Our aim will then be to discuss and analyse the verse to achieve a better understanding of how poetry works and why a particular poem succeeds or fails.
