Chair yoga invites you to find mobility and movement in a way that is soft but will still challenge your personal edge.
In this hour’s class, we start seated and take a few mindful breaths before slowly waking up the entire body from our fingers to our toes.
This class is truly beneficial to everyone and will improve your balance, mobility and strength. We take a few standing postures with the chair always there as an option for support and our class either back on the chair or on the ground.
You will want to bring a yoga mat along with you and some blankets and pillows for the end of class to get as comfortable as you can.

The group meet at Bittaford Hall at 2pm on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Fridays of the month
and at 11am on the 4th Friday. We have an excellent external teacher
and the Group is currently 15 strong and growing.
